On 10 November 2023, Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd (BMC) hosted its year-end quarterly town hall, fostering open dialogue among employees at all levels with the executive management and colleagues.
Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jesús Enrique Mora MarÃn shared his insights into the Company’s progress, achievements, and future strategic directions. His concerns and highlights were then elaborated by individual heads of department, to provide more details to the employees.
It will remain as our aim to provide a transparent platform to our employees, whilst supporting an environment that values and actively encourages employees’ contributions, where their voices are heard.
