Vendor Submission Guidelines

 

Before submitting any vendor related request via email, please review the following guidelines carefully to ensure your submission can be processed efficiently.

New Vendor Registration – (Company Name)

• Comprehensive Company Profile

• Valid Letter of Appointment/Authorization (if applicable)

Introductory Presentation Request – (Company Name) – (Product/Service Name)

• Comprehensive Company Profile

• Brief Presentation Agenda

• Preferred Date, Time, Preferred mode (on-site/online) & Contact Person

Update Information – (Company Name)

(For existing vendors updating company details)

• Details of Updates

• Supporting Documents (PDF format)

Other (Specify Purpose) – (Company Name)

• Clearly state the purpose and attach relevant documents

Required Documents

*The Comprehensive Company Profile should include company background, products/services offered, organization overview, relevant experience/projects and certifications (if any).

•   Send emails to vendor.registration@brunei-methanol.com

•   Use the exact email subject format stated above.

•   Attach all supporting documents in PDF format.

•   For large files, please provide a secure download link.

 

Important Notes

 

•   Only complete and compliant submissions will be reviewed.

•   Submission does not guarantee vendor approval or business engagement.

•   Review and evaluation for vendor registration will commence only upon receipt of complete submission of required document and may take             approximately 1-2 working weeks.     

•   BMC may request for additional documents or information during the vendor registration review process, if deemed necessary.
