PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER
HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT
Responsibilities:
-
Establish and implement HSE Technical Safety Framework, Technical Safety performance gaps, process MAH risks of the business, in line with Brunei WSHO Order and COMAH regulatory requirements.

Implementation of the Process Safety Management and Technical Safety Guidelines for Company operations including Contractors.
-
Lead and develop innovative technical solutions in implementation of Technical Safety and Process Safety requirements at worksite.
-
Establish process safety standards, practices and procedures.
-
Create and define strategies for improved methodologies and techniques for process safety activities in order to promote process safety.
Minimum Requirements:

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate, Monitor and Execute all planned and unplanned mechanical discipline of maintenance work
-
Implement preventive maintenance programs.
-
Close communication and coordination with all other relevant departments.
-
Monitoring operational conditions of Plant Equipment, and maintaining all relevant equipment drawings and data sheets.
-
Intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures, or malfunctions. Respond to changing circumstances; identify options and plan best solution for prevailing maintenance conditions and rapidly implement the remedial plans.
-
Ensuring that all mechanical tools, machinery and equipment are kept in good working order; Quality of tools, machine, equipment or plant maintenance operations, including those carried out by third parties, is in line with reference standards.
-
Responsible for documenting maintenance activities as well as traceability of data concerning the certification of machines and equipment.
-
Provide guidance on implementation of maintenance plan to supervisors and external contractors: ensure schedules are agreed to with supervisors and contractors and delivered at target levels.

Assist Senior Maintenance Specialist & Maintenance Manager in providing input for Annual Budget proposal and preparation.
-
Chair daily toolbox meetings and ensure that all aspects of the daily plan (operations, materials, resources) are agreed and coordinated with the relevant departments and that accompanying commitments are adhered to, and variances monitored and documented.

Carry out weekly reviews of all outstanding jobs with respective maintenance supervisors and initiate actions accordingly.

Constantly update knowledge and skills base to ensure that the most up-to-date and best practice methods are considered within the plant's maintenance areas whenever possible
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline + 3 years’ experience in related field

Knowledgeable in safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities

MECHANICAL (ROTATING) SUPERVISOR
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
Responsibilities:
1. Implement planned maintenance schedule and estimate labor, materials and supplies required to perform specific activity/assignment
2. Plan and arrange for spares and material from stores to work location to expedite completion of assigned task. Ensure that team members have adequate tools and supervise their correct​
3. Supervise the inspection, testing, calibrating, installing, and repair work performed by Mechanical (Rotating) Technicians. Exercise discipline at work site to prevent unsafe work​
4. Provide technical direction to technicians in troubleshooting problems of moderate complexity
5. Track usage of spares and consumables used, and collaborate with Warehouse Section to maintain optimal inventory stock
Minimum requirements:

Higher National Diploma in Engineering + 5 years’ experience in related field OR

National Diploma in Engineering + 10 years’ experience in related field

IT OFFICER (SERVER OPERATIONS)
INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
Responsibilities:
-
Lead the Server backend operations by performing scheduled maintenance; perform system diagnostics, configuration, capacity planning and computer security on computer systems and infrastructure; do backups, optimize and support communication equipment, including servers, firewalls, switches, routers, communication systems.

Monitor server performance, database logs, database resource consumption, and perform periodic database integrity and daily health checks.
-
Maintain asset management and licensing records for all IT software and hardware.
-
Perform enterprise data backup, recovery and archiving processes using available software
-
Oversees and support new software installation and upgrades.
-
Manage system patches and version upgrades, and implement appropriate database solutions to ensure optimum performance.
-
Support Network and Communication to design, improve and configure new/existing infrastructure to ensure reliability and optimised performance.
-
Monitor server availability and alert support staff or vendors when problems arise
-
Maintain Identity access management, including passwords, on server platforms
-
Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises and keep IT DR Plan up-to-date
-

Review system logs, data consumption and propose capacity plans to ensure system reliability. Coordinate with supervisor to ensure appropriate changes are approved prior implementation.

Develop policies, guidelines and procedures according to international best practices (ISO270001) for safeguarding Company data and information.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT

At least 5 years of relevant work experience

Holding a CompTIA Server+, CCNA or CCNP Certification is an added advantage
