Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (“YSHHB”) once again organized the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration. Held on 10 July 2017 at the International Conference Center, Brunei Darussalam, we were honoured to welcome His Majesty the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, the Sultan and Yang Dí-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd (“BMC”) was given the opportunity to set up a booth to showcase the company’s highlights at the event.
For this year's Council, with the consent of His Majesty and with due consideration to His aspirations for the excellence of the people and the nation, YSHHB highlighted the achievers who have achieved excellence and received awards or medals over their achievements and devotion in a particular field as a participant. They have achieved success and are receiving recognition in various fields either individually or in groups, both nationally, regionally and internationally.
Government and private agencies participating in the exhibition were the Prime Minister's Department, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Ministry of Health, The Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry (AITI), iCentre, Royal Brunei Biodiversity Sdn Bhd, Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd, Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD), Brunei Islamic Trust Fund Corporation (TAIB), Baiduri Bank, DST, Progressive Cellular Sdn Bhd and the Engineers & Architecture Organization (PUJA).
