It was wonderful for BMC to join hands with Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) last Sunday in raising awareness on the importance of looking after one’s mental health as we enter the endemic phase COVID-19.
UBD staffs and students, as well as volunteers from BMC came together and took part at the Bandarku Ceria in the capital.
It was an opportunity to engage with the public and show that we are all on the same page when it comes to mental health and the importance of taking a break.
Through this awareness, we hope to encourage everyone to be more mindful and aware of their wellbeing, and how they can actively participate in their own recovery.
