Dr. Ceri M Powell, the newly appointed Managing Director of our natural gas supplier, Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd, paid a courtesy visit to Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd ("BMC") on 22 February 2019. Her delegation was briefed on the operation of BMC in order to gain a better understanding of the industry followed by a guided tour of BMC facilities.
Our Executive Management also took the opportunity to have a high-level discussion on ways to optimize the collaboration between two parties in the interest of the country’s economy.
Accompanying Dr. Powell were Malcolm Mayes (the Asset Director) and Farida Talib (the Commercial Director).
