On 9 August 2017, Brunei Methanol Company Sdn Bhd ("BMC") received the new Japanese Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam, His Excellency Mr. Motohiko Kato and his secretaries. The visit was part of the Ambassador’s tour in Brunei. His Excellency expressed his hope for more wonderful Japanese investments coming into Brunei, as he spoke about the longstanding commercial relations between Japan and Brunei.
