WELCOMING ITOCHU MALAYSIA

A warm welcome to Mr. Akihito Kunimatsu, Managing Director of ITOCHU Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation, and Mr. Hiroaki Yasukumo, General Manager, Energy and Chemicals Department of ITOCHU Malaysia, on their first official visit to BMC on 17 August 2026.

The visit was a good opportunity to strengthen business engagement and exchange perspectives on BMC’s performance, operational priorities, key developments, and outlook as we continue to support the growth of Brunei’s downstream industry.

As part of the visit, the delegation also toured our plant facilities, gaining closer insight into our operations and the efforts behind BMC’s commitment to safe, reliable and efficient plant performance.
