BMC recently held its first-ever HR Connect Day on 17 November 2025, bringing employees together for a day of learning, engagement, and fun! 💬🤝

The event created an open space for employees to connect with the HR team to promote awareness and understanding of HR policies, procedures, and services in a more approachable way.

Employees also got the chance to listen to talks and explore exhibitions featuring Goodlife Financial Planning, Standard Chartered Bank, Maybank and Laksamana College of Business, offering employees the chance to explore opportunities for learning, financial planning and wellbeing. 🎓💰🏋️‍♀️

It was a day filled with positive energy, open conversations, and shared learning, reflecting BMC’s continuous commitment to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. 🌿
