A JOINT TRIBUTE TO BRUNEI’S ROYAL HERITAGE

BMC, together with Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd (BSP), Brunei LNG Sendirian Berhad (BLNG), Brunei Shell Marketing (BSM), Brunei Gas Carriers Sendirian Berhad (BGC), and Brunei Fertilizer Company Sdn Bhd (BFI), came together for a joint Majlis Bertahlil at the Royal Mausoleum in Jalan Tutong on 5 March 2026.

The ceremony honoured the late parents of His Majesty the Sultan, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, along with other departed members of the Royal Family.

Led by Awg Asril Amin bin Ahmad from BGC, the event featured the recital of Surah Yassin, Tahlil, and Doa Arwah. Held annually during the holy month of Ramadhan, the Majlis serves as a meaningful occasion to reflect and pay tribute to those who have shaped Brunei’s history.

Senior management, officers, and staff from all six companies participated including invited business partners, reinforcing a spirit of unity, respect, and shared purpose.

This gathering not only honoured the past and strengthened bonds across our organisations but also deepened the spiritual significance of Ramadhan, offering a moment for reflection, gratitude, and the reaffirmation of values that guide us as a community while strengthening ties with the nation we proudly serve.
